What the website collects

The contact form collects your name, an optional phone number, your email address and your message, only when you submit it, and only with your explicit consent. The form is for general enquiries.

Health information is different

Please do not send prescriptions or medical details through the website form. Health information is special personal information under POPIA. Prescriptions are handled by the dispensary at the counter, where they are protected by pharmacist confidentiality and the record-keeping obligations of the Pharmacy Act. Anything clinical that arrives via the form is treated as confidential and moved into the dispensary's records or deleted.

Why it is collected

Solely to respond to your enquiry. Your details are not added to marketing lists, sold, or shared with third parties beyond the email service used to deliver your message.

Analytics without surveillance

This site uses Plausible, a cookieless analytics service that collects aggregate, anonymised usage data only. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiles, and no tracking cookies.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the correspondence stays active and deleted thereafter, unless you become a customer of the dispensary, in which case relevant details join your medication record, which is kept as pharmacy law requires.

Your rights

• Request access to the personal information held about you.
• Request correction or deletion of that information.
• Object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
